Localização
Amêndoa, freguesia do concelho de Mação, distrito de Santarém, localiza-se a cerca de oito quilómetros do Centro Geodésico de Portugal (Vila de Rei). Detentora de uma área de 37,4 quilómetros quadrados, a freguesia de Amêndoa é composta por vinte pequenas aldeias: Gargantada, Monte Fundeiro, Cabo, Robalo, Martinzes, Granja, Juntos, Vinha-Velha, Pé da Serra, Pero-Gonçalves, Revelha, Palheirinhos, Amêndoa, Fonte de Amêndoa, Vale de Vacas, Cimo do Vale, Chão de Lopes Pequeno, Chão de Lopes Grande, Aldeia de Eiras Cimeiras e Aldeia de Eiras Fundeiras. Tem como limites as freguesias de Cardigos, Carvoeiro e Aboboreira e o concelho de Vila de Rei.
